The firm has been active since the Thirties of the past century under the name of his founder, Arturo Orvieto. The firm has always been active and based in Milan, via Cesare Battisti n. 11 but the period of racial laws. Cesare Rimini succeeded Arturo Orvieto and currently leads the firm.

For all its history the firm has been characterized by a familiar organization and even nowadays the workforce is still constituted by a limited number of lawyers.
